We accept the following payment methods:
Cash, EC/Maestro card, Mastercard, and Visa. American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.

You are also welcome to pay your invoice in advance via online bank transfer, please note that extra charges may occur due to exchange rates.

Cancellations are never pleasant –for you or for us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to purchase travel cancellation insurance on booking.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations received up to 31 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation fees.
• In case of later notification up to 15 days before arrival we charge 50 % (price basis according to price list and booking period).
• If your cancellation arrives in the last 14 days before the arrival day, the full amount will be charged.

Cancellations are accepted only in writing. These cancellation conditions are independent of, whether the canceled rooms are again fully or only partially subcontracted.
The same applies in case of early departure. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code.
Services not used will not be refunded.

The local tax of € 2,60 (from 1st December Euro 3,50) per person / night is added to the room rates mentioned.

All our double rooms can be booked as single rooms on request. A supplement charge will apply.

Check-in: On your arrival day your room is guaranteed from 15.00. Please notify us by phone if you are arriving later than 20.00.
Check-out: On departure day, check-out time is 10.30.
DaySpa use on departure day: It is possible to prolong your stay in the hotel by booking the day spa use at a special rate for our hotel guests.

Our staff has experience and is trained in dealing with people with disabilities.

Arrival

• The Postwirt has a wheelchair-accessible parking.
• The way from the parking to the hotel’s entrance is all asphalted.
• The nearest bus stop is only 50 metres away.

Public areas

• The reception is accessible without steps and it also features a lowered desk.
• Corridors and doors always have enough space for people in wheelchair to move freely.
• Every public area has a wheelchair-accessible toilet.

Rooms and suites

• Some of our rooms and suites are accessible without steps.

Wellness area

• Pool and sauna area accessible without steps (not the infinity pool).
• The lowest sauna benches are 40-50cm high.
• There are wheelchair-accessible showers in the sauna area.

Dogs are welcome at the Postwirt in most of our rooms (except nature rooms). The price is € 25 per dog/night (no food provided). Dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and spa areas. If you wish to have breakfast and dinner with your pet we are happy to arrange a table at the hotel bar. Dogs must be on a leash in all public areas.

We are happy to provide cots, bathrobes and high chairs plus a wide range of classic children’s dishes.

In your room you will find a bathing bag with bathrobes. Due to unnecessary waste we no longer provide slippers. Please don’t forget to bring your own.

We provide two free charging stations, situated within our private car park.

You certainly can recharge and stall your e-bikes in our basement.
